Comprehensive Plan Information

Star City Council approved a new Comprehensive Plan on December 8, 2020.  Following is a list of documents and maps related to the new plan.  Some documents are very large files and may take time to download.  If you are trying to print a full size map file and only a portion of the map is printing, use the printable version of the file for an 8.5" x 11" sheet.
