Willowbrook Development Information

The City Council voted 3-1 on June 20, 2023 to approve the requested Willowbrook Development Annexation and Development Agreement. The Council directed City Staff to bring back Findings of Fact & Conclusions of Law at a future date. This final, written version of the Council’s decision will be provided to them at the July 18^th Council meeting. City Staff will post a draft of the Findings of Fact on this page prior to the meeting. The Findings will also include a list the Council’s conditions of approval that will be included in the final Development Agreement. These findings will be on the Council’s consent agenda for adoption and are not subject to public hearing or further discussion by the Council, the applicant or the public. Once the Findings of Fact have been adopted, the Annexation Ordinance and final Development Agreement, including the conditions of approval, will come back before Council for final adoption. Staff will also provide a draft of the Development Agreement for public viewing on this page in the future prior to Council adoption.
