Job Description: PAID Summer Camp Counselor
Are you a responsible, energetic, and enthusiastic individual who enjoys working with kids? Join our Summer Camp Team and help create an unforgettable experience for campers ages 4-13! As a Camp Counselor, you'll assist in leading activities, ensuring camper safety, and fostering a fun and positive camp environment.
Requirements:
-Must be 14 years or older
-Must have a valid student ID
-CPR Certification required (must already have or complete our CPR class before camp begins)
- Enjoys working with kids ages 4-13 and can engage them in activities
-Able to follow directions, take initiative, and work well with a team
-Dependable, responsible, outgoing, and enthusiastic with a positive attitude
- Willing to participate in games, crafts, outdoor activities, and field trips
- Able to maintain a safe and inclusive camp environment
Additional Information:
Training Provided: Mandatory staff training before camp begins May 27-30th from 9-2pm
Commitment: Must be available for at least 4-5 weeks during summer camp session
Hours: Vary depending on camp schedule (weekday shifts)
Location: Star Recreation Center, Star Parks, & local field trip locations

Junior Camp Counselor – Volunteer Opportunity
Are you looking for a fun and rewarding way to spend your summer while gaining real-world work experience? Join our team as a Junior Camp Counselor and develop leadership skills, meet new friends, and earn exciting rewards throughout the summer! This is a volunteer position designed for teens who want to learn workforce skills in a hands-on, interactive camp setting.
